HIGH LIFT CAMSHAFT

This camshaft was ground from forged material which was designed for VQ37VHR engine. The form (profile) will become the best logically because cam design has flexibility by grinding from material.

FORGED ALUMINUM PISTON KIT

This piston kit will be able to install stock cylinder without boring and honing machining, because the bore diameter is same as stock piston. This piston was made from the excellent forged material same as the piston so far. So, it will be able to say as the high-end piston which can show durability and performance more than enough for the high spec engine of VR38DETT.

• Cylinder liner for oversized piston is necessary.
• Dynamic balancing of crankshaft is necessary.

CYLINDER LINER KIT

Dedicated cylinder liners are prepared for engines that can not be subjected to boring processing which was subjected to a film treatment such as plating and plasma spraying on the cylinder surface. Please use them for assembly of oversized piston, upward displacement or block regeneration.

BIG THROTTLE BODY

This product expanded 2mm diameter which was considered balance between performance and durability. And, the throttle body inside wall was regrind. Moreover, the butterfly spindle was made thin for reducing inhalation resistance. We will machine your throttle body you sent.

RADIATOR CAP

This radiator cap uprates the pressure of release valve. That result, boiling point of coolant is raised by increases pressure of piping. By this, it raises the cooling efficiency of the radiator, and will repress overheat.

SIDE SILLS FOAMING URETHANE KIT
