HOW TO BUY
How to buy our products
- Inquiry
↓ - You can contact through FAX (+81-3-3920-4176) or E-MAIL (contact form). We will make and reply an estimate, availability, and the other your questions.
- Making a purchase
↓ - We accept the order through FAX or E-MAIL. We need your name, country, shipping address, phone number, the method of payment, and purchasing product information.
- Payment
↓ - We prepared method of payments such as bank wire transfer, cash on delivery (C.O.D), and the Paypal. You can pay with credit card through the Paypal. We will ask the bank commission when you send wire bank transfer. The C.O.D. is only for Japan domestic shipping.
- Delivery
- You should check articles soon after receive them. We can ship overseas countries.
Returning
When you mistook purchasing, you have to make returning goods procedure through your purchasing shop within less than one week after you received the goods. However, we don't accept the following case.
- After you opened the package, you did modifying and/or painting to the goods. This case is including our doing depending on your order.
- Case about the goods that you had install. When it was judged that we couldn't reuse the returning goods.
How to order the machining
- Inquiry
↓ - You can contact through FAX (+81-3-3920-4176) or E-MAIL (contact form). We will reply about estimate, availability, necessary parts, and so on.
- Packing & Sending
↓ - The parts for machining and necessary parts pack in thick corrugated cardboard together with buffer such as news paper, and be careful not to injure the parts. Please make the part which you send a minimum, and remove a sensor kind. Contain your information (your name, address, phone number, and so on) and working request in the sending packet.
- Arrive & Checking
↓ - We will unpack the arrived packet soon, and check the parts and the working directions. We will quote costs and the estimated date of delivery. And we will let you know them through phone, fax, or e-mail.
- Payment
↓ - After finished, we will let you know the final cost. We prepared method of payments such as bank wire transfer, cash on delivery (C.O.D), and the Paypal. We will ship the finished parts after we check your payment in our bank. We will ask the bank commission or C.O.D. commission (JPY1,100yen).
- Delivery (send back)
- You should check articles soon after receive them.

- ● Boring and honing
- Cylinder block with crank cap, pistons for a set without piston pins and piston rings.
- ● Cutting valve seat, exchange valve guides, exchange valve seat rings
- Cylinder head without cam cap, valves for a set.
- Contain valve guides and valve seat rings if you prepared.
- ● Dynamic balance
- Assy:
- Crank, clutch cover, flywheel, pulley
- Separately:
- Crank shaft
- Some V6 or L3 engine needs dummy weight for adjusting weight. In this case, we need a piston, a piston pin, piston rings, snap rings, a connecting rod, and a rod bearing. We will ask a production fee separately when we need to make the dummy weight.
- Some of foreign-made car cannot balance crank shaft alone.
- ● Modifying propeller shaft
- Processing dimension figure of two propeller shafts.
- ● Polish cylinder block surface
- Cylinder block
- The front cover will need if the front cover is same as height of top surface of cylinder block such as SR20, L20, and so on.
- ● Polish cylinder head surface
- Cylinder head only. (Please remove valve spring and so on)
About shipping cost
The shipping cost is the following. We bear the shipping cost if the ordering doesn't correspond the following condition. However, shipping to the overseas country is not this term.
