These products are the things which have performed the wearing test over a long period of time in JUN SUPER HYPER LEMON EVO V other than a test on an engine bench, and the effect was proved from the street to the circuit run on the broad stage. It is taking into consideration equipping simultaneously as a camshaft kit and thought total balance as important.
JUN HIGH CAMSHAFT SOLID TYPE
4G63 engine has a lash adjuster for tappet clearance.
This has advantages of maintenance free or silence by clearance 0, however, on the other hand, it has disadvantages of poor movement during the high rotation because of the oil pressure control.
Therefore, 4G63 has a basic problem as a base engine for tuning.

JUN VALVE SPRING
When engine turns by high rotation, valve surging phenomenon happens so a valve becomes unable to follow to a motion of a cam. In order to prevent this phenomenon, the strengthening valve spring which raised the spring rate of a spring was developed. It corresponded to the normal cam shaft and JUN cam shaft, and considered as the design which can get the optimum load. When use a cam with the big amount of lifts, such as a JUN high lift cam shaft, you need the strengthening valve spring.

JUN TITANIUM VALVE RETAINER
Strengthening a valve spring and using light weight valve retainer prevents valve surging. JUN VALVE RETAINER is used titanium material which has light specific gravity and high hardness. It was made very lighter than normal, without spoiling hardness.
