Pursuing high precision ■ 更なる精度を求めて
Because of cost constraints, all commercial vehicles are produced using mass-production methods. This means that cost and production volumes dictate the dimensional tolerances of each part. It is common knowledge in the industry that there are large variations in the dimensions and the clearances of parts. To access the power hidden in commercial vehicle engines, at JUN each part is custom manufactured. This allows us to provide high-precision parts with small dimensional tolerances and procession technology. And, we are constantly working to improve our level of precision. 大量生産により生み出される市販車では、コストや生産個数の問題から、各部品寸法公差が大きく設定されており、部品寸法や各部クリアランスのばらつきが大きいことは周知の事実です。JUNでは、このような市販車エンジンの秘めたる力を引き出すため、一つひとつの部品に丹念な仕上げを行い、寸法公差の小さい、精度の高い部品や加工技術を提供いたします。また、更なる精度の向上を求め、日夜研究の手を止めません。
